東方創業工程公司成立於2002年，主要進行永久電、臨時電及臨時水及裝修工程。由於業務日益增長及因應營運的擴充，於2008年成立東方創業發展有限公司，主要為香港發展商的項目提供屋宇裝備安裝工程。
東方創業承諾提供透過質量、環境和職業健康與安全管理體系提供服務，並已獲取了ISO 9001:2018，ISO 14001:2015和ISO 45001:2018的認證。東方創業專注於客戶需求，購入機械並提供最好的產品和服務。「安全第一」是其中一項東方創業最關注的問題，亦很重視每一位員工。
